Below is the process of how a Streetrod is built from start to finish. This process is completed in it's entirety at the Montezuma, Iowa Streetrod manufacturing facility.
		Here is a concept car built from wood and foam.		This is where we extend the chassis to make the car proportionally correct while still maintaining your new Club Car® warranty.
		This is where we shave 3" off each side, also making the car proportionally correct.		Hand pressing new fiberglass body.
		This is the spraying of the fiberglass into the mold to make the body.		Rough fiberglass shell ready for sanding and painting.
		First coat of paint.		First sanding before last coat of paint.
		Final paint job, ready for accessories.		Custom stitching of seats.
		Adding accessories.		Adding wiring.
		Adding tires and finishing touches.
